This app has a ton of features, for example the calorie counting feature. You are able to know how many calories are in a particular plate of food just by giving the app the name of the food you are eating. You can as well use the in-built barcode scanner, scan the barcode of the product you are using and it will tell you how many calories are in it. Workouts and exercises are also in the app, as well as helping you out with recipes. It is an all-rounded app.
This one is more of mental fitness than the aforementioned which mainly focus on the physical aspect. This app focuses on meditation, which is a mental exercise that helps one attain mental clarity. You tell the app the mood that you are in and it will give you the perfect meditation exercise for the said mood. When you feel that stress coming on in your mind, you can go ahead and calm yourself and stop, breathe and think.
