With a smartphone, you really do not need to enlist in a gym; you can do your exercises at home or on the go. Fitness apps have taken over and they are available, be it on the paid platforms or available for free. Fitness apps can be downloaded on any mobile device and used anywhere to get fit and stay fit with personalized workouts, fitness advice and nutrition plans. They have been designed to help the user reach their fitness goals by performing and tracking workouts and eating habits.

Here is a list of some apps that you need to check out. I won’t say I use all of them, but they have great reviews and are worth checking out.

This one is more of mental fitness than the aforementioned which mainly focus on the physical aspect. This app focuses on meditation, which is a mental exercise that helps one attain mental clarity. When you feel that stress coming on in your mind, you can go ahead and calm yourself and stop, breathe and think.
